Jeff D’Andrea, Principal
President, Creative Director
Jeff graduated from University of Maryland with a BA in fine art. Directly out of school he took a management position at TPG Systems, a Washington DC digital media and photography firm. After a year with the firm he left to build D’Andrea Design and Media Solutions LLC, a design studio dedicated to bringing customers high-end digital solutions for competitive pricing. Jeff worked with his team to create the trade name NetImpax, which would represent a narrowed focus on website consulting and internet marketing. His duties include management of all design capabilities including website front end solutions and corporate branding media. Jeff’s versatility in design has won the team national level design work for companies like America Online, and flash intensive websites for chains like ChickenOut Rotisserie.
Michael Trezza
Lead Developer
Michael graduated from University of Maryland with a BA in fine art. He continued his education at the School of Visual Arts in New York City to study typography and 2D design. In 2001 he was hired by east coast studio, Axis360, as designer and lead Flash developer. During his four years with the firm he developed his strengths in interactive and digital mediums such as 3D, video, Flash, Director and css xhtml. He also mastered server side programming such as asp and php. Prior to helping build NetImpax, Michael spent his last year as a programmer and developer for NYC design studio, BigSpaceship. Michael has six figure intranet and extranet experience for firms like Citibank, Novartis, MLB, and MGM.

Katie Hoffman
Head Illustrator
Katie first graduated from the University of Buffalo with a BFA in fine arts. She then went on to Rochester Institute of Technology where she received her Masters in Art Education with perfect marks. After her Masters, Katie began her career as a fine art teacher in the Fairfax County public school system. Currently, Katie is the head Illustrator with NetImpax, where she focuses on corporate branding solutions and the incorporation of all illustration into digital media.
